Welcome to the Online Sports Registration Page for the Mifflinburg Area School District. In order for your son/daughter to participate in the 2013-2014 winter sports season, you must complete ALL the steps listed below:

Step 1: Parents must complete the Online Activity Registration at this site. You will be asked to complete personal information, agree to a few district policies, and acknowledge the receipt of some pertinent information. Completing and submitting ALL of the required information will inform the athletic director of your intent to play a winter sport. This only must be completed by those that did NOT play a fall sport. |
Step 2: Athletes must have a current physical exam on file in the Athletic Director's Office. If you DID NOT play a fall sport, your son/daughter must have a complete physical either by your own family physician or by the district's doctor on October 23rd at the High School. Parents, Athletes and Doctors must complete Sections 1-6 of the PIAA CIPPE forms provided by Mifflinburg's AD, Eldon Hoy, or downloaded here. If your son/daughter DID play a fall sport, you must simply complete Section 7 (Recertification) of the PIAA CIPPE form obtained from Mifflinburg's AD, Eldon Hoy, or downloaded here.

Step 3: Each individual sport has its "Activity Packet" available on this site to download. Packets may include team rules, practice calendars, bus departures, contest schedules and expected behaviors. Parents and athletes may download the packet for your desired sport.
